Mission
To weave fabric that lasts. Built on three generations of practice; delivered to the world without a shortcut. Cloth honest enough to outlast the conversation that bought it.
Six decades at the loom — a family in textiles since 1965; Jagdamba Fabrics established 2008. Pure linen, polyester-cotton, and specialty jacquards from our Bhiwandi mill.
Three generations. One roof. One standard. From dhoti trading in 1965 to a mill of one-hundred qualities feeding the world.

Jagdamba — named for the Hindu mother goddess (जगदम्बा, "mother of the world") — began as a family textile group in 1965, trading and manufacturing dhotis. In 1980 the family moved from trading into weaving, putting up its own looms for shirting fabric. Production scaled with auto looms in 2000, and in 2008 — as the group separated into specialised entities — Jagdamba Fabrics was formally established.
Today, the showroom is at Anil Chambers in Saki Naka, Mumbai, and manufacturing runs out of our mill in Bhiwandi. Three brand houses — Linen Aura, Office Oasis, WeaveX — sit alongside the Exports range serving the Gulf, East Africa, South Asia, and beyond. We hold ISO 9001:2015 because the work demands it. "Weaving quality into every fibre."
Three generations of weaving at one Bhiwandi mill. Audited to ISO 9001:2015 since 2010. Our standards aren't a marketing claim — they're a published practice.

Slow craft over fast volume. The loom decides the pace; the family enforces the standard. Every fibre carries its lineage. We refuse the easy substitute; we refuse the rushed deadline.
Environmental — zero-discharge dyehouse, water recycled at every batch, low-impact dyes. Social — 200+ artisans on family-wage floor, no child labour by design. Governance — ISO 9001:2015 audited since 2010, every batch traceable to its loom.
School-uniform donation programmes across two Mumbai districts. Loom-skills training for the next generation of weavers via partnerships with three local trade schools. An annual contribution to the Bhiwandi weavers' welfare fund.
